Steve Coppell considered for Millwall advisory position

Not sure about this as there have been problems at other clubs when someone undermines the manager, also coppell has been in the same role at crawley and portsmouth and they have not been doing very well. give bomber the job and let him get on with it without anyone sticking their hooter in.

He's cracked up a few times and walked out at other clubs. i don't think Millwall is the best place for him. and he's a palace man, next.

Welcome to the board denzil, I think coppell is a decent bloke and a real football man even if he was palace manager. My concern is he will get in the way of bomber doing the job in his own way.

As long as he is there only to give bomber some advice,it might make sense as he is very experienced.
as long as he leaves bomber to sort out the team.
