Another defeat just, no goals again and other teams around us picked up points, I can't see us winning any of our last six games as we have no goals in us for the fight! I'm sorry to say!

"I thought we did okay, there wasn't a lot in the game particularly in the first half. Please tell me he never said that what planet is davis on ffs.
Agree Unbelievable Comment from SD what a Poor interview sounds more like (Mogadon) Baker fell asleep listening. The Crewe team were more like the Walking Dead.Maybe a good idea next week in training to play with the BALL,or the Season will be over next Saturday.ohh yes and training on Corners? still shocking.
Did you go Itwasin?
Strange thread title - of course it's looming. It has been for months.
Today we were beaten by a better side and if I was a Chesterfield fan I'd be disappointed by the scoreline - certainly in the 2nd half.
First half we looked as if we might pose a threat. Their goal was very well taken: good move forward and an excellent cross. Poor Greg Leigh needed to be a full foot taller! No fault lies with Rachubka.
Second half we looked lost and dispirited. I am not a fan of Atkinson and I'm not sure he turned up today.
Two bright spots: Inman posed a threat every time he got the ball; LDV worked his socks off with not enough support. The rest? Most need a rocket; all need to work on passing (am I saying that about an Alex side?); and the two loan strikers are sharing their loss of form, which is not a good time.
Ah well. Let's see what Saturday brings.
COYRs
Chesterfield were one of the best teams I have seen, no disgrace in losing to them today.
Relegation is beckoning for nine teams not just us, so everything to play for ..roll on Saturday and lets get behind the lads![]()
That was dreadful, Chesterfield may be a decent side but it's easy to play when you pass the ball and move, or have other runners. We are too slow moving the ball, and don't find the space in front of the play. If the manager thinks we "did ok"' we may as well get the ground guide out for league 2. Shocking!!!
Well Leyton Orient is undoubtedly the biggest game of the season so far and at home - based on recent outings needs to go offensive and trust in what we have - id start with
Rachubka
Bailee Tate Davis Leigh
Turton Jones Ness Coco
Inman
Haber
But thats just me
Glass half full? You could say that the sides around us took points off each other rather than picked points up for the most part. Also that we haven't lost 6 (7 after the MKD game) on the bounce like a certain other team who are only 2 points above us. So come next Saturday evening at least we'll be above them.Originally Posted by PAULCAFC
