    Partick manager calls for support

The Thistle manager announced on his facebook page that he expected a huge amount of away supporters on Saturday and has requested that thistle fans pass messages to all their friends on facebook by text and e-mail to turn out and support them. I think we should respond by overwhelming them, therefore I suggest all 'WELL fans do exactly what is being asked of the Partick fans, lets go there in droves and drown out their home support.

Been heartened this week by some of my ex-regular colleagues committing to Firhil on Saturday. Realistically, I reckon 1,350 may not be far off the mark for this weekend's away trip. C'mon Sir Les - get some free buses on for the fans 'cos you know it makes commercial sense.

No immediate commercial benefit though - different in the days when gate money was split.
