The 25-year-old midfielder has revealed he has made a decision about his future and wants to stay in the Premier League with discussions over a move "ongoing"
Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has admitted he wants to move to another Premier League team to fulfil his ambitions of Champions League football.
The 25-year-old was the subject of a transfer battle with Tottenham last summer but his club - who had already sold Rickie Lambert, Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana and Dejan Lovren - rejected approaches.
Goal revealed earlier this month that Southampton have told potential suitors Arsenal and Tottenham they must pay £25 million for his services with the Gunners still keen despite the emergence of Francis Coquelin.
"Yes, I think my decision is made," he told French radio station, RMC. "I learned a lot last season. The goal is to stay in England, it is a championship that I like and where I have a lot of fun. I want to play for a big club and one that is ambti

Tell us something we didn't already know Simon.
We paid £1.2m for him back in the day just think how much profit we'll make, enough to run a tinpot club for decades I'll wager.
Yes you're going to make a mahoosive profit but it's not really what you want to hear from one of your players is it?
After all Lallana got slaughtered for mere hearsay.

What's happened to you Semen? I used to enjoy your posts, they were funny once. Nowadays you've become desperate banterless and predictable. Morgan Schneiderlin is already a Saints legend, he could and probably should have left last summer, but he wasn't allowed to, he could have thrown a hissy fit but instead he screwed the nut and gave us one of his best seasons ever. This will ensure that he will leave em us with a lot of cash to be reinvested into the team. I wasn't alone in fearing the worst last summer, but thankfully I now know how well my club is run. So while Morgan gets his dream move having been instrumental in our rise from League 1 to 7th in the top flight, I also know that the fee he commands will be well reinvested into improving our squad. I am proud to support a club which can support itself so well by producing such talent. Some will go, some will stay, but it's this which will keep us in business. The 5 year plan is to reach the champions league, based on the fact th
