Thread: So, We're out of Europe...

    So, We're out of Europe...

Absolutely disgusting performance from Koeman tonight, his selection, his tactics and his substitutions utterly f***ing pointless.

That toothless 3-5-2 in a game we simply had to 'attack attack attack' was f**cking bonkers...and all that Hoofing!! WTF was Koeman thinking??

What is the point of James Ward-Prowse!? can somebody tell me what the hype is that surrounds him? because from where im standing he's lightweight, gives the ball away A LOT and his set pieces which are apparently amazing...come to nothing EVER!!

Why was Sadio Mane on the bench? if he's fit enough for the bench he should be fit enough to start, likewise Dusan Tadic!!

What the actual f**k is Juanmi expected to do in 7 minutes!!?? that was too little too late, he doesnt get enough chances to show what he can do.

Steven Davies used to know how to shoot.......WTF!?

And what the f**k is going on behind the scenes with Wanyama!? If its true that he wants out then just grow a pair and tell him he's stayi

    Feel just about the opposite.

Yes I'll agree the performance from a team without the first choice Goalkeeper, Right back, Center Back. defensive Midfielder, Winger etc, etc was inept but hell 3 games in and bottom 3 with the prospect of another 48 teams and Sunday's forever ahead. We dodged a bullet imo.

Time will come for us, this is first step in a long process. Bit by bit we'll build to compete.

    Ok - I'll be Simon.
Another cup you won't win and your manager needs to be sacked. No Silverware. Blah, Blah

    so here is my apology.
Sorry we couldn't stay in Europe Simon but we will just have to continue to dominate your pathetic club for another season. Still, chin up. Only another 2 and a bit decades until you can find a way to cheat your way to get to our level before you slide back under your rock again.

You were under that rock not so long ago. And if cheating helps you deal with the fact we've won titles and cups then so be it.
Nonetheless, the is on the cups and yours isn't!
Don't apologise to Simon, he's been trying to tell you for ages that you would simply bottle it, its in your football dna, losers!

I am not all that upset. Yes today was *********e and very frustrating from a Saints fan point of view but at least I don't have to get up at 4:00 am on a Friday and 1:00 am on a Monday to watch anymore.

We can concentrate on the PL and see if we can finish in a respectable position again, maybe we can play three teams in next years Europa League before we get beaten.

I did stick up for JWP in a lot of posts last season but I am starting to agree with Pony's opinion, what has he done except miss good chances. How many PL matches, how many PL goals???

With Bertrand back, a bit more match time for JRod, a fully fit Mane and the newbies with some more time together we'll be right!!! COYS

Disappointed to lose and the performance on and off the pitch was awful. Too many things are not right at the moment. Can't bear to watch Saints at the moment, they're doing my head in !

Not fair to blame Koeman for everything, he can only do what he can with what he has but have to agree that the hoof it long style is odious in the extreme. Hateful ! Also some of the players being selected week after week are not worthy of their place in the team.

Glad to be out of that competition, we're not good enough to be competing in it and it's a distraction from what is more important and that is playing decent football and getting results in the Premier League.

As I said before, there has been too much negativity and upheaval of late and it will be a long, hard season.

The better team won on the night, we were woeful and if we can't beat that lot, we're not of a good enough standard to be in the completion. It's a shame we're out of the completion though, I was really enjoying Thursday night games at SMS!

I agree with PF, we were shiite, Pelle aside I didn't see any skill or decent football going on.

We had no play makers out there, when we have no fluency as a team an individual player is needed to get that bit of magic, we had no one playing who did that.

Maybe we should sign Kevin Nolan and hoooof the f**king ball all season!

It's still very early days, with Tadic, Mane, Bertrand, Clasie, Wanyama a fit Jrod, possibly Cedric and two? new signings playing............f*ck..... Europe next year here we come.

Just please don't play Targett, Yoshida and jwp together, or at all if it can be helped, I end up spilling my beer.

    Come on you reds.

Just a thought....if JWP is rubbish and Targett is clearly not Prem standard, then what is that amazing and expensive academy actually doing these days?

Can I just say it told you.............

'Its not possible to criticise constructively on this site without being called a wind up. Are you seriously suggesting you can threaten this season. You have no strength in depth and if you can't beat newly promoted clubs well...... On the other hand I would suggest Pompey coming back from 0-3 down shows a great strength of squad character that your lot lack. It doesn't matter on the league its the commitment. I predict that a couple more defeats will have Fiddler hand wringing and several on here calling for the managers head.'
