    The stats dont lie....

Complete Record 38 games played won 13 drawn 6 Lost 19 Win rate 34% Loss Rate 50%. In 66% of his games we have failed to win. If you take the play off games out of that figures and league cup that we scrapped through after Extra Time its....

P 35 Won 10 Drawn 6 lost 19 Win Rate 28% Loss Rate 52% failed to win in 72% of our bread and butter SPFL games...

Last Year Played 8 Points 8
This Year Played 8 Points 7

We are now officially worse than we were under McCall and we will make the same mistake of letting him chunter on until we are in position we were in when McCall chucked it. Had McCall not chucked it the club would have soldiered on sitting with their fingers just just as they will do now. IBv has assembled the biggest first team squad available to any Motherwell manager in the last 10 years. But all we have is a bigger pool of p1sh to choose from. We are no nearer a team than we were when he started its now his team his players ... his fault.

Sadly all too accurate, especially the part about no one in the club doing anything to force his exit. I said as much on the other thread, had McCall not done the decent thing last November he'd still be here now, even if we were five points adrift at the bottom of the Championship because he was never getting sacked and neither is Baraclough.

What is it people dont see? It has been obvious since Christmas he hasnt a clue . He rattles out the same pi$h after every game and does nothing to change it in the following game. Hes a clueless buffoon who will get us relegated yet we will still get the happy clappers telling us to stick with it. Im convinced the muppets running our club making $hit appointments must only played and watched cricket or pung pong all their lives as they know feck all about football.

Yes the manager takes the blame for our dismal results, but there are also players who appear to not give a Friar Tuck about our results.Every week we get one of them stating how desperate they and their team mates are to turn things around, talk is cheap actions speak louder than words.Partick Thistle over 420 minutes without a goal or a win instead of being down their players will be desperate to play us in our current decline.About time our players stood up for themselves and start to compete in matches before the losing games run becomes something that we can't get ourselves out of,

The player's Baraclough brought in just aren't up to the job, just like the manager himself. We are now in a more desperate position than this time last year with the biggest squad of s**** assembled in years to grace the fir park turf. The board have to act now before it's to late.

In terms of talent available, this isn't the worst Motherwell team that I've seen.

However, it's only McLeish's own team (not the one he inherited) and what McCall left us with last season that have gotten the blood boiling more than enduring the 'baraclough vision' week in week out.

I was talking to an Irish mate who follows Sligo Rovers in May this year and pretty much, everything he said about baraclough is proving true and everything he predicted would happen is happening week in week out.

Baraclough inherited a good team on the ascendancy that was created by a manager (paul cook) who has been proven to be successful since leaving there. He didn't have to do much but keep the momentum going (echoes of McLeish?) and when time came to build his own squad.....was sacked for taking Sligo into the danger end of the table.

All style and no substance and shame on the board for not seeing that !!!!!
