I would give MOM to the whole team, which is a first time for me this season.
That's a tough one.The Alex were a proper team and everyone played a role and worked hard. Garratt made a couple of spectacular saves and his positioning was generally good; the defence kept a clean sheet ; James Jones belied his tender age and looked great in midfield; Nugent was controlled and thoughtful as well as being strong enough to handle some dubious challenges; Inman and Coco ran well, long and hard and were very constantly threatening; Haber had, for me, one of his best games and he revelled in having a sprightly, skilful and very talented youngsters alongside him in Saunders.
OK. My decision for MotM would have been Coco. He just looked like the best player on the pitch from either side.
Thanks to our manager who got the formation smack on - 4-4-2 works. I thought the substitutions were a bit worrying, but perhaps he and James Collins had worked it out that if we were still playing now, Sheffield United still wouldn't have scored.![]()

One of our players scores the winning goal. For me has to be man of the match. Without a doubt it was Coco.
His effort and passion for the game is an example for the rest.
MOM Saunders. Beef him up a bit in the gym, could be a prospect.
