Talking of Middlesbrough I saw this gem in the paper "Middlesbrough chairman Steve Gibson has spoken out in support of the Save Our Steel campaign, with the club allowing players to wear T-shirts bearing the ‘Save Our Steel’ slogan prior to the recent Championship fixture against Leeds United"
It's a pity that the same thought didn't apply when they built the Riverside Stadium, where the steel for it came from..........Germany
