Sheffield Wednesday Match Day Ticket Prices

If your think the price of tickets for Wolves home games is steep, they're not a patch on the ticket prices announce by Sheffield Wednesday. Prices depending upon what categories the game falls into. Category G the cheapest and Category A* the dearest, £52 the most expensive in Category A*. Members will get a £5 reduction on each game, bar Category G.

It will be interesting to see what Category the Wolves game will be given and the prices set for us. - view external link

I had to grin and bear it with the price Leeds charged last season, but these type of prices are taking it to another level. It was cheaper to go to Stamford Bridge for our last visit there in the premier league based on that £52 ticket.

    Sheffield Wednesday 2014-15:

    Capacity 39,182
    Average attendance 21,993

55.24% of capacity used on average.

Lowering the ticket prices with a view to increasing the attendance would attract more people who could spend money on peripherals like programmes and refreshments.

Make it affordable and the people will come IMHO.

It will be interesting to see the Owls' attendance figures for the coming season.

The Wolves game has now been confirmed as a category D fixture. No prices confirmed as of yet for Wolves supporters, but i'm expecting to pay in the region of £35. - view external link

    See #8.

    For Sheffield Wednesday home matches:-

Average attendance last season = 21,993.
Average attendance this season = 21,266 League matches only, up to and including Brighton (8 matches).

    Just out of curiosity.
