My god, you finally dug it out - good man!!!

I've set up a little turntable in the garden room for when the living room one is overruled by the telly.
    I'll get some pictures up.

A very Merry Crassmas to you too - and all the board users

Except the crap, (not funny in slightest); Burnleh Trolls - to you I say, may the yule log slip from your fire and burn down your houses

haha....yeah, dug the wife's old system out...still in the cellar though amongst the wood and kid's crap. Tried a newer one the other week. as most vinyls are nearly 40 years old, it picked up every scratch...so back to the old reliable Sony...aint bad at all. I spend some hours down there blasting the old tunes whilst throwing some arrows.....release

That pic is an old one...here's today's choices

ps...great to see Saxo is alive and well........

Haha, my wife had something similar when I met her and I forced her to buy separates

I somehow managed to leave my phone, a bag of records, (nothing you would like mind) and my backy at a mates last night.
When I get them back I'll return the favour with the pictures and hopefully inspire you to get a decent deck.
An anti static cloth and a good clean should get rid of most noise.
Most of mine are still going strong on a Systemdek IIX with a Goldring 2200 c

Until I sort the cellar out and we have a dust free area...wood stacked in there and allsorts, I'll stick with it. I intend to invest in a decent system once that is done. What do you suggest for a 'good clean'....any tips ? Dual is a pretty common...I must start to look.
