A little unlucky to lose today but a very ordinary Shrewsbury team had more possession and more shots on target than us. We also committed far more silly fouls bringing us under pressure too often. We have now been in the bottom four since August and any escape looks very doubtful. With the transfer window looming we could also lose Coco and Ben Garratt who will not want to display their talents in the basement division. The only effective change we could make is to bring in a new manager as soon as possible. If a new man was not up to the job, he could still hardly do worse than Davis although he might just manage to inspire and motivate the players enough to save their 1st Division status.
