Maybe Scott Bevan should spend hours training him to collect those shots.

I understand the real problem is he is a quiet sort by nature and is not prone to doing a lot fo shouting.

Thats a necessity. Goalies need to be dominant/vocal and in command telling defenders what they need to do and where to be.. Not sure Jones (still not fit?) is much better either and Poke has been injured permanently

You can't instill that into sopmeone who by nature is reserved/quiet. I'm sure Cookie is aware and looking to address the problem . its probably why he was QPR 3rd choice. Givng him a *******ing as fans are doing isn't going to help either.

Having said that watching the FL show etc I've seen some pretty horrendous goalkeeping from others so don't think we are alone or necessarily have got the worst

Its all very well fans shouting about we need someone but like good strikers goalies at our leel are at a premium in short supply and can demand a high salary tso economically we are also strapped.

Murphy is Captain Calamity for me. I have no confidence in him at all which I did have plenty with Carson and a fit Jones....They keep saying Bass isn't ready yet so Jones can't be fit or he'd be on the bench. Meanwhile back to watching the Masters Snooker
