It seems to me that maybe Aitor may need a bit more emotional intelligence...for when the going gets tough.

Football is about channelling energy and passion and taking the heat off at times...spitting dummies out {allegedly} does not win you any battles or wars.

I think its a little odd that in boros position that for whatever reason (maybe we will never know) this has happened,maybe he has been tapped up by a bigger club who are underachieving..

Various press reports in the north-east are claiming Aitor has not got complete say on player recruitment, and even team selection...and that pressure is being put on him to pick certain players, when Aitor doesn't want to pick them. So I don't blame him for getting upset and it's a shame that a nice guy like him doing a very good job gets so undermined...but is seems to be a growing phenomenon in football.

Then again, the Great Cloughie said his Derby team in '71 were so good, even the Chairman could manage them...
