No reply yet..I will certainly let you know if and when I hear.

I am not giving in on this, I have all the information and will send it to the Gambling Commision and we should all do the same.

I would be careful with press and twitter etc until we have a written refusal to pay as its against their terms and conditions so gives them a get out.
