When is a gentleman's agreement not a gentleman's agreement one has to ask!?
Ryan Lowe just being offered a 12 month deal by Bury so I guess he will not becoming to us next season ?

When money comes in to it!!!!
When it is a negotiating tool!!
I would like to think there was still honour in football, but money does talk very loud. It might be that SD can make promises about first team football that Bury cannot deliver. I must admit that the possibility of Lowe returning cheered me up after such a dismal season and I now feel somewhat flat again.
McGarry, for what it's worth, was still "99.8% certain" he'd come yesterday - I suppose because he'd start for us and surely Bury are offering him impact sub status only.
Hope Graham is correct get Ryan in David Vaughan and one more experienced pro and we could mount a challenge next year
Perhaps it would help to start at 3.30 every Saturday and not have to worry about that first 30 mins. of the game when we are normally asleep. On a serious note don't we look at weather forecasts, watering the pitch at dinnertime not a good idea with the incoming heavy showers predicted!!
In fairness, I looked at the weather forecast fairly early in the morning and the indication was there would be light showers around the 1 o'clock mark but other than that it was going to be quite sunny.Originally Posted by Me For Crewe
I do love your loyalty Timmy, fair do's every credit. I was looking closely at different weather forecast sources around mid morning for work reasons, more than one certainly were not saying "light".
Yes I certainly enjoyed the result, sorry to jump threads and trust in G. McGarry. He is usually in the know.
