Good luck to the lad . Only wish he was coming back here on a one year loan deal . He'll no doubt score against us

Yes good luck to Gavin but can you imagine the boost to the season ticket sales if Queens had pulled off this loan deal. A missed opportunity I fear and hopefully one that doesn't come back to bite us.

Before you slag off Queens about a missed opportunity do you know what Hearts were demanding in wages and if Queens could have afforded them ? Dunfermline I'm sure will have a bigger budget than Queens !

There never was any intention of slagging off Queens which is something that I would never do. Yes I have no idea what wages Hearts were asking for regarding any transaction however there are times that the boat must be pushed out if the club wants to be successful and I am equally sure that the increased sales would have helped to pay for the likes of Reilly's return. Mon the South!!!!

Do you honestly think that Gavin Reilly's return to Queens on loan would increase attendances and help to pay his wages ? Queens are doing the right thing and sticking to their budget.

Signing a player or getting a player on loan may not always boil down to money, there may be other reasons that Gavin, or his parent Club, think that Dunfermline was his best option to choose. We may never know.

Well I guess we will never know now but there are times when you need to take a risk by speculating to accumulate. With the relatively young and thin on the ground current squad of players I can see nothing other than a struggle ahead for next season unless they have other aces up their sleeve that we are still to be told about. Fingers crossed!!

I am sure that Gavin bought a place in Edinburgh and that is why he joined Dunfermilne . A short journey over the Forth Road Bridge .

Maybe Neilson only let him join Dunfermline , maybe Reilly had no say in the matter
