    John Doolan

Didnt have much of a playing career. Only made 38 professional appearances for wigan in the days before dave whelan bankrolled their rise to the premier league

Only coached Wigan youth and more recently the first team under Uwe Rosler before moving to Hibs. His coaching credentials arent awe inspiring so lets hope he brings something to the table!

Well, obviously Stubbs rates him so they must have built up a good working relationship...

Hope its not the same John Doolan that me & my father worked with at the pit, if so he will be around 100 years old now, so I think his running days will be over.
