    Copa America

Its a pity these games are live at a bad time for the UK because there have been some cracking games already. Mexico/Uraguay yesterday was a blinder and tonight we have Argentina/Chile. But all of the games have been lively [to say the least!] regardless of the teams playing'

Biggest news so far USA and Brazil, crap!

Mexico and Uruguay was a great match. Made me jealous as a US fan, as I don't think we played terrible but we weren't exciting either. El Tri played a fantastic game. Uruguay did a great job despite being down to 10 men for most of the match.

It was feisty as it was. Imagine if Suarez was in there.

    I'll be watching every match.

Another cracking game last night between Argentina and Chile. Relentless non stop action, really entertaining. In fact even the earlier game between Panama and Bolivia was good, not the same skill level of course but still plenty of action.

What has been really noticeable with all of the games so far is the attitude of the players not only during the games but during the playing of the national anthems, it is obvious that they are intensely proud of wearing of their national jerseys and it is reflected in the effort that they put into the games.

    If only eh!

    USA-Costa Rica and Colombia-Paraguay tonight.

If the US loses, they are out of the tournament. They typically beat Costa Rica on US soil (though we did lose to them in the US in October IIRC).

Gotta create more chances than we did against Colombia. My formation is a diamond 4-4-2: Brad Guzan; Deandre Yedlin, Geoff Cameron, John Brooks, Fabian Johnson; Michael Bradley; Alejandro Bedoya, Darlington Nagbe; Jermaine Jones; Clint Dempsey, Bobby Wood

    US to win, 2-1.

I usually try and catch some of the games, but looking at the fixtures and kick-off times makes it impossible to watch. 00.30 and 03.00 for early hours of Saturday's games.

I think it will be a draw. Both teams can play a lot better than they did in the first game and I am sure they will. I think Costa Rica have the better team but with the USA with their backs to the wall on home turf I think they will cancel each other out.

A nail biting 2-2 draw is my prediction.

I predict the US will score three first half goals and win the game easily.

Ecuador may have saved their tournament with their comeback last night. Down 0-2 within the first half hour, ended in a 2-2 draw.

Brazil bossed Haiti, which is not unexpected.

A deserved win in the end mate without a doubt. Although things may have been different if the enemy had scored in that first ten minutes when they were all over the USA. It's all about confidence and physcology.
