    Four Fixture Changes

Norwich and Derby at home and Villa and Blackburn away in the latest games to moved for live television coverage. I've been expecting some fixture disruption having missed out in August and September.

I'm sure the sale of the club has something to do with it as well as I when the first changes were announced, it hadn't been finalized IIRC

I noticed Sky wasn't interested before. Now they're falling over themselves to stick Wolves on TV. A lot of games in a short space of time.

Can't stand the 5:30 kick off time. Worst one of the lot.

I was looking at our schedule and I can't remember this much fixture congestion. With the Cambridge United cup tie, we have 7 matches in 21 days to open the season. Really need to keep adding depth as I don't know if our squad can handle that. I imagine the international break will be welcomed by the squad.

Edit: I guess we had the same issue last season with 7 matches in 21 days to open the season. What are they going to do if they take a winter break in the future, which is being discussed by the FA IIRC

One thing about more fixtures is that more players will get a look in, especially in the league cup. I doubt Wolves have finished in the transfer window just yet.

The FA want to reduce each league to 20 teams and have five pro divisions so in theory getting rid of the midweek games. That should reduce congestion but I love games under the lights so personally I'd miss them. What the FA say and do are two different things. The plus side about this season is that most of these games are 'easier' games. Though with Wolves no games an easy game.
