Thread: Our shape without the ball etc.

Our shape without the ball etc.

Good to see Stubbs has been working on our shape without the ball as i thought we contained Brentford well on Sat. Yes a few nervy moments with Smallwood giving the ball away etc. but we did get the clean sheet. The millers looked more solid and players kept their concentration. Back 4 looked good. Fisher did well (although he did show positive signs when he came on at Villa). Ball and Wilson were assured and solid which was a pleasent suprise for me. Now lets build on this good victory and claim another win at Barnsley. Up the Millers!

No reason to change the starting line up at Oakwell, unless Frecks is fit.

If we get a potential 1st choice Left back in that would be 1 change. Even if Frecks is fit I'd like to leave Allen in. Get him 100% up to speed will be an asset. If we get this big striker in whose going to drop out? Not D Ward.

Presumably Frecks will come in for Adeyemi who didn't look fit enough and apparently picked up an injury as well.
I really hope Frecks is available to start against Barnsley as our midfield looks so much better when he plays.

Don't want to fetch Frecks back too early but I'd love him to score the winner against them, some dingles (reason known to themselves) keep having a pop at him

I thought we looked quite good when we had possession, but struggled a bit when we hadn't! Still need that big tall striker in my opinion.
