    All too familiar

A mix of high hopeless balls, occasional intricate passing, a series of missed chances, careless defending then a frantic attempt to get back in the game would have seemed all too familiar to Mark McGhee on Saturday. - External Link

When you have the same fuuds in coaching / management positions at most clubs no wonder nothing changes. How many times have those in charge failed and just stayed on the managerial / coaching merry go round. Once your on the Scottish gravy train its almost impossible to be pushed off it... Alec Smith, Sandy Clark , Jim Duffy, Paul Hegarty , Craig Levein , Craig Brown, Billy Stark, Peter Houston, Gary Locke, Ricky Sbragie, Tommy Craig, Jocky Scott... all still fannying about in the Scottish game with give or take 20/30/40 years behind them of having achieved bugger all other than swap places with one another. Every one of them skilled in the national trait of "getting yer excuse in" before a ball is kickecd. Holy fpuck how bad would Hegarty's CV need to be before the Scottish game told him to Fpuck off. At least the game has finally realised Maurice Malpas is a complete diddy but its taken long time. We have the same brains and mindsets at the back of our game we had 30 years ago and we were sh1te then and sh1te now. We have the same ineffective blazzers whose only interest is surviving from one old firm game to the next.

We have a league and an international team we deserve and rest assured nothing will change those people are incapable of delivering the goods as the last 40 years have proved.

Agreed. One of the reasons we won't be competing at major tournaments for a long time yet.
