O/t any of you lads go for Reiki?

Had my first session today and feel a lot more relaxed and alert.

Feel happy with everyone on here and even feel I've been a bit unfair to Tony.

My neuralgia feels a bit easier and my dizziness feels sort of dulled.

Felt some heat around my head during the session, had a lot of muscle involuntary twitching and my left leg and side seemed lighter and floating compared to my right.

Makes me wonder if there is something interesting here and I've booked another two sessions.

I know a few of you lads will be having Reiki sessions after a day's labouring so wonder what your experiences were.

Where did Yak's perfectly benign and reasonable post about his friend go?

    I'll try again.

Edited it and it got removed.

My friend has a salon in Retford.

She says it always makes her hands really hot.
She does loads of sessions along with hypnotherapy.

Must be a sign of the times we live in.

Not for me though Kempo although I do have a monthly deep tissue massage.

Surprisingly I`ve had a couple of sessions of Reiki.
First time was in Bulgaria in 2002, the season we beat Millwall 6-0 away oh for a Darren Byfield now.
Second time was in Tunisia, enjoyed both sessions.Indeed both times I felt alert and relaxed afterwards.

Just a thought.....couldn`t someone suggest a couple of sessions a week for our squad of player`s.
It may just make them relaxed & alert especially when defending on our 6yd line.
