40 per cent sell on clause!

It's now common knowledge that we signed this ridiculous and massive sell on clause when we got Ward from Huddersfield.

40 Per Cent....Who does our deals?...Is this the largest sell on clause ever?

as said before. larger sell on clauses effect the purchase price (make it lower). maybe we only paid the value sized bag of peanuts rather than the family size bag

Well then if the potential profit from selling him is reduced by 40% then surely this strengthens the likelihood of keeping him to nearer the natural end of his contract?

We might get less later but so would Huddersfield.

I don't think it is certain that HT have a 40% sell on clause.
If we got him on a free. I think we got a good deal, sell-on or not.
If we signed a player for nothing and sold him for a million would that not be a good deal?
