    Time for change

Before too late get Thomas back from QoS and play majority u20’s starlets until end of season.
Retire Lasley and Hammell immediately to the coaching staff.
    inform:
    * McManus and MacDonald their services no longer required after this season.
    * McFadden his playing career over and to wear a suit in dugout
    * Ainsworth, Blyth, Bowman and Clay to look for a new club.
    * Samson who was blameless today can go.

It’s TIME for the youth to make their mark and keep us up.

Thomas has shown absolutely nothing to suggest he's top-flight ready - let him get the playing time with QOTS he so obviously needs and should have got years ago.

Lasley will surely retire at the end of the year...Hammell should be back-up, given his contract, but until we find a consistently better left-back, he's what we've got.

    Agree with everything else.

Time we got rid of the manager, a decent manager will deal with the rest
