Why has this guy been brought back? Is he only back because McGhees pending dug out ban or is he a replacement for him in the near future

Agree,but also think he has been brought back to get the players believing they can win games by playing further up the field with a faster tempo.Unlike under McGhee where the players look beat before a ball is kicked.Hopefully Robinson will have us fitter and more tactically aware in the games coming up

If McGhee can't get it tactically right he would be better off out the door. We shouldn't have to bring in another coach to do the basics.

Problem is McGhee can't get it right tactically,he has every player in the box defending corners,we still lose goals and have no out ball as we don't have anyone up the field taking two opponents away from deep in our half to mark our player that's basic football tactics just sums McGhee up

Your right. this season especially has shown up McGhee's flaws as a manager. We've been leaking goals all season, he's had time to sort it out but in truth we're getting worse. It's not just the defence though, they get no cover from midfield. Mcghee's not going to sort it so we had to bring in another coach to do it for him. i find it all a bit strange.
