    Warne after Wigan game

Pleased with the reaction from the lads.

Listened to myself and Ritchi this week and in the first 10 minutes they deployed our instruction just like in training.

Wardy missed one from 2 yards and then their first went in.

Pricey should have caught the second in his cap but he didn't.

After half time we didn't show up and Wigan strolled through the easiest game they have had.

I've no complaints,we expect to lose and we lose so mission accomplished.

Ritchie keeps putting sugar in my tea and that concerns me more than the shy..te the lads turn out.

Wardy's worth about 50 k now so hats off to the Technical Committee.

My job is to get the lads ready for the next defeat...oh and put the cones out( laughter)

Well, I for one am backing Warney to get it right and have changed my avatar to a picture of him discussing the way forward with the Technical Committee.

    ...cont

We tried to make training fun this week so on Thursday we played tiggy, Wardy was "on" and he went for the centre backs because they are the slowest.

Friday we played hide and seek and we couldn't find Newell anywhere in the second part of the game, which was a bit strange.

Anyway on to the game, I think we were hard done too with Wigans forth goal as it looked a tad offside, but cant fault the lads effort

Paul Warne ,who knows the club inside out and is a Miller through and through said " I have always been much more than that under a succession of managers who have all tapped into my knowledge, motivational skills and coaching ability. We lost today because the team are basically ****e even though I am a good coach ,have motivational skills and knowledge - cos Tony Stewart says so and he certainly knows how to choose a great manager and run a football club!"

Paul Warne "TS said if I accept the position of manager the season ticket sales will be at record levels and I believe him, after all I'm a Rorherham legend right?. Oh and on another plus he's bought me a remote controlled car so I'm cock-a-hoop about that"
