    Lawrence bid of 7m rejected

Leicester fans demanding 15-20m for him because we got 5m fo hughes

No wonder football is down the f****** toilet, fans are now in the matrix ffs

7m for a player that scored 9 goals in the championship is pethetic in itself, but to then demand almost 3 times that for him is laughable lol,, football is finished for me, how can you take it serious with s*** like this in the transfer market.

    20m for grey? Its disgusting.

We ought to be able to pick up a decent winger with his pedigree or better for less than 7m. I personally would not increase our offer.

Not only that but I think he is in his last year of contract! Transfermarkt (albeit they usually undervalue) has his transfer value as a shade over £ 2m

Leicester just paid 25m for Ihenacho who has scored regularly for City in PL in the limited games he has played and we should be heading towards 15+ for Lawrence ... jog on

Brighton offered Leicester £8m for Lawrence and we offered £7m so that might be an indication of why they had turned our offer down because they made the better deal.

Bare in mind tom lawrence is their 4th choice in that position, and wont even be making their bench most weeks now theyve signed that lad for 25m... and comments like this sum up modern day football and its fans

"That bid wont even get his left arm, try coming back with a realistic offer of say 15m and we might consider it you penny pinchers, i want at least 20m after they got 10 for ince"

Seriously,, what is the point of this modern day football?

I would say he isnt worth 5m given his short remaining contract, his number of appearances for Leicester, his value to them as a 4th choice striker warming the bench etc. He has had one half decent season for Ipswich with 11 goals and 11 assists in the championship. Ince has had better career and 2016-17 statistics than him - so he isnt worth as much as Ince brought in.
