According to the Guardian we have a bid in but others saying it's been rejected.
When he went to Middlesboro i was surprised - i thought he was still in prison in Perugia for the Foxy Knoxy murder.
I think we've dodged a bullet if the refusal is permanent - he's been at so many clubs in such a short time that there must be something wrong with him - my best mate is a season ticket holder at Villa and never rated him there.
Wasn't he the one that pushed the ref over to 'persuade' him to give them the last minute pen at Villa last Christmas?

Wells is out injured for 4-6 weeks as stated by his manager on Sky Sports this afternoon. I think he would've been a great option but not in those circumstances.
