Maybe they've benefitted from better coaching and management and developed into better players since they left DCFC.

No maybe about it TT. They've definitely benefitted - but only in the last season and a bit!
I seem to remember a Brentford fan saying something similar about Magic Jack - and we can all see how much Bash has improved. Whatever CW, AK and the others are doing behind the scenes, it is definitely working!

We're just little old Sheff U, who've probably spent more time battling away at the top end of the Championship than almost any other team this century, but don't let thst stop you fooling yourselves that you've just lost to Kidderminster mk2 if it helps.

To be fair I think that comment was more about the cost of their team as opposed to ours. I know loads of Derby fans, living here and all, and they're generally a level headed bunch (unlike Forest who tend to be a bit more like the pigs). And it's true to an extent; if you look at the cost and pedigree of their team they should have beaten us. Thankfully it's about more than just cost and pedigree!
