Blades deadline day transfer activity

As transfer rumours on S24SU seem to have gone t*ts up started this thread to keep up to date on whats happening on our own transfer activity.

Incomings

Current rumours we are in for Jerome Sinclair and Devante Cole. Leonard and Lenighan have gone quiet as has Coady. No information on Sinclair since Saturday other than Norwich are also looking at him.

Rosler has confirmed a championship club have bid for Cole, sounds like he's going, no confirmation its us though.

Outgoing

S****horpe have bid £200k for Hanson no movement yet and Burton seem to be at last moving for Brayford now Irvine has gone to Hull.

Devante Cole is an interesting prospect. Wonder what the fee would be for a player like that? I'd guess around the 750k mark plus add ons.

On a side note. Harlee Dean gone from Brentford for £2.2m to Brum......i cant help but feel they've got a very good deal there.

If it's rumours and not nailed on itk info then we can add Marcus Maddison at Peterborough to the list

It looks as if the Blades are leaving it to the 11th hour as usual.
IMHO the addition of a pacey striker is without doubt a major priority.
As another poster said all the previous names mentioned by the club have evaporated for the present.
Even outgoings, although I did see Scunny have bid £200k for Hanson but Wilder not now sure he can let him go due to no striker arriving.
With Wilder we could have a real chance of a very successful season but the additional striker urgently needed to support Billy.

I couldn't agree with you more mate. Wilder has said on more than one occasion that he didn't want it to go down to the final day and so we must assume things haven't gone to plan with some of the targets, but we MUST at the very least get another striker in.

Whichever way you look at it, the money was there to bring players in so he should be backed, but there does seem to have been so much time wasted on certain players that I've started to smell the usual bull to be honest. Fir instance did we really think we had a chance of bringing in Coadey? Wolves are awash with cash, he'd be on comparatively big big bucks with them and he was named as their new captain and playing every game. It just didn't add up.

So here I am with my usual doubts saying what what I've said so many times over the last decade, prove me wrong United owners and board. Back the best manager we've had in decades to the hilt and don't risk risk derailing a train that is firmly on the right track.

What wasn't rumour was that Sinclair just needed loose ends tying up and that he wanted another 3 in as well as,what he wants and what he gets are not necessarily the same tho

Millwall manager Harris was at Southends p*ss pot paint trophy game last night supposedly looking at Leonard. Improved bid from Millwall may kick start this transfer again tomorrow.

Just surfaced on S24su, not sure how accurate this is but spammers fans getting wound up we are being loaned a 17 year old Portugese midfield player. Not sure its what we need so hope its b*llocks.
