Wolves will face the best opponent they've faced since, at the very least, they were last in the Premier League. I think this squad is better than the Chelsea team that we faced in the FA Cup last season. The Citizens have won 12 of 13 matches they've played in all competitions. Their only blemish is a 1-1 draw at home against Everton in which they had a player red carded before halftime while the game was scoreless. They've got one of the best managers in the game in Pep, endless amounts of money to spend to shore up the squad, and depth we could only dream up. In their first League Cup tie against West Brom, they played 7 of their regular starters. Only Claudio Bravo, Fabian Delph, Ilkay Gundogan, Eliaqim Mangala, and Yaya Toure got in the match that haven't played greater than 5 matches in the Premier League. But between those players they have 12 domestic titles, 10 domestic cup titles, 8 domestic supercup titles, 2 Champions League titles, 2 UEFA Super Cup titles, and 2 Club World Cup titles. All these in the top flights of England, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and Belgium. So that's the Mancunian B squad. Tough ask for us as I imagine we'll play some of our B squad too. I just hope we put forth a decent showing. And I think we can.
