And any other interested posters .
Watched a superb documentary about the life of Bill Shankly last night made by BBC Scotland , you can find it on the Beeb's Iplayer .
Brilliant watch and how football once was and how he built Liverpool .
The man would be turning in his grave looking at the game today .
Highly recomended .
Watched it mate and really enjoyed it. What Shankley created at Anfield was amazing. What a down to earth blowk he was too, certainly a man of the people. He kept things simple and concentrated on players strengths. You can see why the Scousers hold him in legendary status. He revolutionised that club and made them great. Undoubtedly one of the great managers in my opinion
Knew tha'd like it pass .
Still can't understand why he jacked it up in 1974 after winning the cup , very strange decision , think that decision led him to an earlier grave missen .
One on the iplayer about British Cycling that's worth a watch mate .
Controversial stuff n all , Brad Wiggins doesn't come out of it too well .
This bullying malarky is covered n all , proper bollox if you ask me .
Don't know what some of these young uns are all about these days pass .
Can't tek a good b@llocking nar bart it bin bullying , kin pathetic mate .

I were thinkin exactly the same Animal.
Another thing I enjoyed was the Kop singing Beatles numbers. Brilliant sight and sound. 28000 swaying and singing. Tha'll never get owt like that ever again.
When we laiked em int Cup me n r kid edda walk around artside the stadium. So much history and tradition to take in. Iconic place. Not a lover of Liverpool FC by any means but as a football fan it gave me goosebumps seeing Shankley gates, Kop, Hillsboro memorial etc.
