Wolves sit on top of the table by 4 points (plus goals) and clear of 3rd place by 7 points (plus goals). Brum are in 21st place by 2 points. Wolves have won 5 in a row, only conceding two goals in that stretch and have gained 24 points from a possible 27 in the last 9 matches. Brum have only 16 points on the season. Wolves have found a fantastic manager that has adjusted to the English game without very many bruises. However, as easy as this match appears on paper, you can often throw the record books out the window when it comes to rivalries. I have no doubt this will be a physical, tough match. We'll be without our conductor in the MF in Neves due to yellow card accumulation. Imagine N'Diaye or Price will get the call in his stead. I think this game will be closer than we'd like it to be, but Wolves are the better team.
