    Manola Gabbiadini

I was watching Premier League World on BT Sport earlier and he was interviewed. Talked about moving to Napoli and playing for Rafa. Said he was an excellent coach/manager. Could he fit the bill for us?

    Just turned 26

Top league experience in Italy and here

    6ft 1 so has presence

Quite pacy, good feet as we found to our detriment earlier this season

Played for Rafa and respects him

I suspect he would love to play for him again

Sell Mitro £10-12 million, Diame £2/3 million Darlow £4 million and loan out Colback & Haidara

He cost £14.5 million January this year. Maybe get him £20/22 million?

Loans for Kennedy, left back possibly central midfielder and buy a keeper?

    Thoughts?

Not sure I could handle a Gabbiadini playing for us, Bob.

But to reply to your post properly, I'm not sure we'd get that much for Mitro. I know he's an international striker but I think other clubs would look at how little Rafa fancies him and thing 'we're not paying that much for him.' I'd love to see the back of Diame and it's possible we may get a couple of mil for him-providing his Mum writes his C.V. and the potential buyers have never actually seen him play. Darlow? Aye, possibly £4 mil. Has this Gabbiadini fella fallen out o favour at Southampton, then?

Not sure but Austin is back playing and firing so I wonder if we offered them a third more than they paid whether they'd take it? I think he has the attributes to do well here. Bit like Ba.

I saw him live against Leicester or Everton (cant remember which) when he came on. I know he cant be trusted and Rafa's obviously seen enough to make his judgement but I think given history ie scoring record for Anderlecht and his current goals at international level we should be able to get that given some of the fees paid for bang average players.

You can just picture us signing him and him sitting in the dressing room as all the players walk in.
The players just stand and stare open mouthed with arms out wide, more or less saying " who's this", then Rafa breaks the silence and shouts, "IT'S MANOLA"...
