    O/T Album of the Year

Not impressed with the choices given by critics on the BBC site and elsewhere, they seem to have succumbed to PC and given all the plaudits to albums by artists who are black/gay/angry at Trump or any combination of those.

So what is the album of the year? Must admit none really comes to mind, poor year for music?

I like lots of different musical styles... so just about anything by anybody who hates Trump is fine me (LOL!)

Fully agree on the BBC comment, that organisation needs disbanding.

Also agree on poor year for music, in a poor year for basically everything.

A poor year for music in general. Thanks to Simon C etc the music industry has changed forever.
    Everyone demands instant success.
I know that I keep banging on about my mate in Muse, but they are a proper band who started playing in pubs to 10 people, then 100 people, then 1000 people, then 10 000 people and now 100 000 people.
It's difficult to see that happening again soon for unsigned bands , which is very sad indeed.

Out of the critic's list I have got the Father John Mistry album (angry at Trump category) but haven't listened to it yet.
