    Shame on your Radz!

Fair enough your fired TC, but no need to kick him when he is down and call his appointment a mistake

I find this behavior disgusting, TC acted with great integrity, did his best and did ultimately fall short, but Radz going to the media with this is just trash imo.

Lost a lot of respect for Radz now.

Very interesting stuff, and i agree that it lacks class to say all this now after he's fired him.

The stuff about Orta and how long he's being protecting TC is frankly very concerning, and AR comes across as someone who actually doesn't really understand football very much, which is definitely a huge departure from what we've always been told about him by his supporters. He seems naive and lacking decisiveness - strange as i've always assumed the opposite, whilst not always believing all the hype.

The bit about considering an older, more experienced manager makes me sad - obviously we all hope PH is the man and wish him every success, but the idea that we could've had someone who had been round the block and had previous success is a missed opportunity - perhaps like not sacking TC earlier, when we were closer to striking distance.

That interview (and there are quotes so let's see if he challenges any reaction), is probably one if the worst thing I have seen from ANY Leeds owner. Absolutely appalling.

So much for a "good" owner 😠😠😠

it was a mistake hiring a guy from cypriot football with no experience at this level , the guy was way out of his depth in no time at all, but he his having to hire guys like this, because qualified , credible , and experienced managers are not going to touch the leeds job with a bargepole , while orta is here picking the players and radrizaani thinking he can get leeds promotion spending a pittance on players who simply arent good enough

this club has become an absolute graveyard for managers over the years , because we have always had owners who are not up to the task of funding a team to go back up , all there are interested in his making more money from the club before selling up .

I think what has irritated me is that TC is out of employment and there was no need to twist the knife, certainly not at this time.

We could all see results weren't going the way needed, for me there was no need to say anything else. TC has a lot to deal with as would anyone who has just been sacked or made redundant. No need to treat him like that at all imo.

Thought he was just being honest at admitting he hired the wrong guy......just wish he could admit that hiring orta is a wrong move as well.

what I find most frustrating about this is that it's taken until now for him to realise it was a mistake appointing someone who had no idea about English football and the Championship; good Lord enough of us were making that point at the time, how did he not hear us?

Exactly. And the bit about Orta changing his mind for several weeks.....that's what i mean about indecision...
