OT— cancer research in parkgate

Has anyone been to parkgate recently I went yesterday and next to the holland and barrett store there’s a cancer research building with offices where you can go in and donate your money to them.

I get charity’s do some good things but wouldn’t opening a building in parkgate cost a lot of money in rent? Wouldn’t the money people donated be better spent on research instead of spending it on rent and wages? Also my mum thinks it makes parkgate look tacky.

I’m confused with this so I wanted to ask what do you people think?
