Shyte performance by us today and England aren't doing to well in New Zealand . Don't you just love watching the Aussies squirm though. Cheating f00kers . You don't have to have been to Australia like I have ( several times ) to know how they love rub our noses in it ! Let's make hay why the sun shines !
ps, Did you see Stuart Broad's interview questioning how they got the ball to swing so much in the Ashes ? Makes you think!

They are a nasty bunch of bar stewards, the way they have carried on saying things like get ready for a broken arm to a number 11 batsmen is a disgrace. Now they are getting some back they are squealing like girls. That Warner is a right Tosser. And now a bunch of cheats![]()
How on earth can a 1 match ban be a suitable punishment for cheating? Smith after orchestrating this needs to know he's been punished. He must be laughing behind his baggy green cap.
Personally I think a 1 year ban would be lenient!!!
Others have had larger bans for much less. It's time for the ICB to step up.
Those are the rules and that’s the maximum penalty. To be fair altering the condition of the ball is hardly a new thing. (atherton’s dirt in pocket)
The big issue here is the highlighting of the stupidity to not just do it, but afterwards state that you and others planned it in advance.
This will run and run. I suspect Lehman if he knew will be gone.
I'm not into cricket in the same way as football, so perhaps I'm looking through rose-tinted glasses, but whilst I recall the Australian team of the Warne/McGrath/Hughes era as playing hard and not being averse to using psychological intimidation, I don't remember them as cheats. The current Aussie team has nowhere near the same ability, which may be the reason they feel the need to cut corners, or it could be (as someone has said above) that the likes of Warner are just bad eggs, with a malignant influence on others around them.
I have to say, Shane Warne was my favourite cricket player, even if he was an Aussie. He was one of those "box office" types who brought an extra buzz to the game which even the casual watcher could appreciate. I recall he did have that positive test for diuretics, which is cheating of another type, but with the action he could get out of a cricket ball he didn't need to tamper with it!
