    R.I.P Eric Bristow

    Passed away with a heart attack tonight aged 61 .. A great player and showman who was never short of a word or two.. Sad news

    He might have been a gobby git but he had a fair old bit of charisma and did wonders for the game of darts.

    R.I.P. Eric and that's twice this week already.

    Blimey too many dropping this year, he definitely squeezed every last drop out of life though and was some character. If we could bottle his self belief and pass it on to footballers .....
