    If Grealish does leave Villa Park, we understand the club would be looking to recoup around £40m.

    He does have fantastic potential and seems to have gotten himself back on the straight and narrow. Worth every penny, IMHAHO.

    He has the bonus of being English which usually puts another £20million on your value for a premiership club so that makes £40mil sound about right, £20mil if he was Albanian.
