Well, hello chaps, nice to meet you all and say happy gothday to you all.

Not much to say about myself other than, whilst lurking on your informative and ... well, lively page, I was appalled by the thought that some members might have multiple identities .... perish the thought! ... most dreadfully unsporting I must add.

However, a more pressing matter A friend of mine, who I cannot disclose any information about, was dashed unlucky tonight and got himself banned from the forum of a club renowned for their home ground being inhabited by normally tiny parasitic creatures which have evolved remarkably, and have achieved the physical dimensional stature of a commonly known small rodent.

Difficult as that may be to believe, tales, and witness accounts of the existence and sheer magnitude of this highly localised species have been sustained over a number of decades, leading one to believe, in the absence of alternative testimony, that there is a kernel of truth in such a notion.

Therefore, it should not have come as a surprise to said club's disciples that sooner or later, someone, like said friend of mine, should make enquiries regarding these claims.

It should not have raised an eyebrow at all to be questioned regarding whether said, allegedly locally abundant, parasitic creatures were indeed of such reported dimensions - such was their notoriety. And, based on sound scientific hypothesis, the question regarding whether said parasites had diminished in stature in parallel with the shrinking of all other parameters pertaining to said club, was, by all accounts a fair one.

Perhaps we will never know how large those parasitic creatures are currently, and how this compares to previous reports, as my friend received a 7 day exclusion order within 20 seconds of posting his query, and is, as a consequence, unable to continue with his research.

Understandably, he is extremely distraught. Other than having cooked up some haggis and potatoes, only to discover he was out of turnips, he was extremely frustrated that he was unable to add a rather unflattering picture of a certain Scots Television chat show hostess on a thread bearing the acronym G.I.R.F.U.Y. - for reasons, I add, known only to himself, and which I have no desire to know nor understand.

I note from discussion, that one of our number continues to have posts permitted on said large parasite habitat based club, therefore my friend feels that said club's decision is personal - although I feel I am providing comfort in the possibility that there has been some dreadful mistake which will be rectified forthwith.

Just out of curiosity, I took a gander at their board today.

Only "The Executive Lounge" forum exists now.

Their "European Travel" one seems to have disappeared.

Odd that, given the ****ing hubris that those ****s have displayed for the past 40 years.
