Is anyone doing one of those world cup footie prediction things this year?

might be good for a bit of unity and competition on the board. There was always someone doing one in the past

Would anyone be up for it, obviously give a percentage to charity and the rest as winnings to the top 3.

Bragging rights for 2 years until the next international tournament etc, we all like to think we know our shlt

    Aye, that would be canny.

Wonder if Kev might come back and do it? He was good at that sort of thing-really kept on top of it.

Not a strength of mine, sadly.

i have all the games/groups on a spreadsheet at work (we are doing one there) so i can upload that on Monday evening as a template. Dont have a clue how to get everyones hard earned cash into an account though. Would rather someone with the knowhow did that like Zip mate. Im definately up for a flutter, say £5 an entry, £2 from every entry goes towards Dans fund?

only problem would be getting enough people interested

i think you need about 30 ?? unless everyone was given 2 teams = say 1 each from top 15 seeded teams and 1 from the others

Is there not a fantasy football for the world cup? Then you could deposit the money into the app and the winner takes all with some split to Dans fund

i meant a predictor mate, predict the scores from each match, 5 points for correct score, 2 points for correct result
i will upload the template for everyone to have a look at tomorrow, see if we can get some people interested.

Although like Tut said there is a fantasy football for the world cup, maybe someone with the knowhow can create a group for this board?

Doing one with my friends work.

I've got Colombia and Belgium. I'm not to confident I have to say

Not as bad as his boss though - Saudi Arabia and Panama - his boss isn't well liked and i'm almost tempted to say there was a bit of fixing going on there
