a few weeks away from the season starting

a few weeks from the season starting and stll no sign of players in or out

we have a whole team of under23,s to find yet
if rafa does want to take the club forward

and still we have the likes of colback etc etc here

rafa usually likes to do early buisness

when do you think the one we trust will start earning his money and get these players in

with the start we have i would have thought he would want time to get coaching them

Let's read this very very very slowly so it sinks in.In fan forums, interviews with Charnley, interviews with Rafa this is the transfer procedure at Newcastle United:

    1.Rafa identifies transfer targets
    2.Passes names on to Charnley
3.Rafa waits for Charnley to tie up the deal
4 Charnley waits for the go ahead from Ashley.
5.We are left disappointed time after time as 1st,2nd,3rd choice targets slip through the net.

I therefore would like to appeal to UEFA or FIFA to place a transfer embargo on our club to stop fans waiting for signings.Or have I missed something and Ashley has already placed one on us.
