    Russia America and the EU

It looks to me like the EU is under attack from Russia and America as they don’t want a European State as another global power. The Russians seem to have deliberately put pressure on the EU by creating homelessness in the Middle East driving millions here to stir up nationalism in many countries.
They both may have helped the Brexit campaign and Trump has been undermining organisations that promote European stability even telling Macron to leave the EU for a good deal with the US.
It’s looking like Mrs Merkel is in difficulty as immigration policies there don’t satisfy her coalition partners. The EU agreement at the weekend was an agreement for not much to happen and her partners have seen that.
Could Merkel go before Theresa - it’s looking possible. If only the EU had taken the threat of Brexit seriously things could have been rather different. The EU without Merkel won’t be the same.
Meanwhile the World Cup has opened up Russia exposing its people to foreigners for the first time in their lives and foreigners to lots of Russia. Will it shut the doors again at the end or realise there’s money and more to be made from not doing so.
Trumps advisers have been meeting Brexiteers without Whitehall knowing.
I wonder what their plans are next?

Just don't worry about it BT because life will go on in one way or another. Whatever is decided. or manipulated by the world's leaders, you can be sure that they will not be consulting us about any decisions made.
We have had our say and we just have to suck it and see.

Is my paranoia getting the better of me I wonder.

I do hope the Fart Act is not fake news. Trump passing a fart act would keep Melania awake

You can rail against them all you like but they will go ahead and do what they want to do because they have more influential backing than either you or I can provide.

Those who are really pulling the strings are unknown to the likes of us, in fact, they are possibly unknown to Putin, Trump et al --they are like the drug barons who you never get to know.
The Romanovs were just an obstacle in the way of Lenin and his comrades and he disposed of them, similar to when US Presidents get assassinated because they are not toeing the line or getting too big for their boots.
