    Unprofessional

Nobody who is in a position of responsibility in any walk of life should be posting publicly about the fact that interviewed candidates are "bloody awful". I am astonished. For me, I would be surprised if anybody wants to come including players after hearing Kevin Nolan speak and reading that. After removing the joke club cloud with a lot of effort, this for me brings it back. Very very disappointed how anyone could think that it is a good idea.

Would you sooner he "reached out" and gave them "feedback"? I find it quite funny actually a few home truths don't always hurt and he didnt single a name out. As for an 8 point scoring matrix...no comment!

I'm not 'astonished', but I think it would be more befitting of someone in hardy's position not to use social media to decry some of the candidates.

Don't be silly, loads of out of work managers and players would love to come here.

It's incredibly naive to think they wouldn't because of a few posts on the internet.

It might help us mere mortals if you tell us what you are talking about?......I managed 8 O'levels, but none in mind-reading

I just want to know who the managers that gave "bloody awful" interviews were and what they consisted of, maybe Fullarton thought it was time for another go and Hardy despises PowerPoint?

Is it just me? Surely none of them will know who he's talking about anyhow, except that they'll be one or two of the seven he doesn't appoint. Are people just trying to be fashionable by being 'offended' here?

"I’ve interviewed 8 managers in total. Some were good, some inspiring, some brilliant, some bloody awful. My 8 point scoring matrix short-listed 3 for 2nd interview, final selection and contract negotiations"

I'm not offended. I am actually amused. I laughed out loud when I read it. I find it unbelievable that a man in Alan Hardy's position thinks that it is ok to post comments about an ongoing interview process in the public domain. You just don't do it.
