Manquillo was told he had it won 100% but he decided he didn't want it because he didn't want his head to inflate and effect his football! I'm assuming it'll be Messi or Ronaldo again this year. Mbappe might sneak it but i suspect not.
Next year though, might finally break those two hold on it.
