Get rid of Pullis, get rid of Pardew, give Moore the job, and they did. Now it is get rid of Moore he is clueless. After a promising start in the Championship, scoring goals for fun, are the wheels starting to drop off?

After the defeat at Wigan last Saturday, I listened to a radio interview with Moore. To his credit he defended his players to the hilt, but in doing so he came over as a clueless limited manager. He is not the most articulate man, who does not appear comfortable in front of the media, an important aspect of the modern manager.

Some Albion supporters were very confident that they would walk the Championship, and a quick return to the Premiership was on the cards, at our expense. Well, it might still happen, but it would appear that Moore will not be the man to take them there.

Last year, they had an ageing squad, and they still have. The club seem afraid to give some of the youngsters a start, preferring to give the old legs more chances. They were warned that the Championship is hard, with games in midweek, and it will not get any easier. All of a sudden it is not all sweetness and light over in Sandwell.
