... seems almost like trivia, but with ML being an important factor today re the Remembrance Football Match, will the club have fixed the scoreboard (it wasn't working on Tuesday) and will the mostly unused seating be cleaned not least for the thousands of schoolchildren who will visit ML for the first time? Sometimes image is important.

I just assumed AH got the parts in from the States to repair the scoreboard so it worked for the England Women's game and that it is not working again because he has sent them back before the payment due date so that he doesn't have to pay for them? Or am I just being too cynical?

... ncfcog ... you may as well be right. They're still using the software excuse. Communication with supporters clearly not a priority.

It seems the game was a big success. Even though most of the tickets were freebies for kids a crowd of 6,500 makes it well worthwhile. Hopefully some of the kids might be tempted to return one day.

... yes it was SH 1 ... and great to see so many youngsters enjoying the day.
By the way, Germany had an excellent right back - she was strong, fast, creative - would grace ML and put Toots under pressure!
