Suspect Jones, Husin and Hewitt will leave on loan but can be recalled as it's loans to non league. It's an ideal situation as we can bring them back if needed

I can't imagine any circumstance in which we might need them.

Well considering we still only have two left backs at the club (unless you count Kellett as a left back) then I can see every reason why Jones staying is useful, personally I'd be more surprised if he left. I thought Kellett played alright against Lincoln at left back but we did concede three goals and I'm not sure we've seen him play there again since under any of the other managers.

Can we sign free agents after the deadline? I'm hoping we have a cheeky LB lined up to replace Jones. Charlie did mention earlier that we were still working on 2 deals before Doyle signed.

I think so, it seems like you can sign players that were released before the end of the transfer window until "the fourth Thursday in March"

To be fair, I thought the opening line would be....

with all the incomings......how is the team going to gel and get used to each other?

Although it's been a good transfer window, it's the question i have been asking myself repeatedly.
Is there enough time for this to happen?

I'm still convinced that teams needing time to gel is just an excuse that managers trot out when things aren't working. They've had a week on the training pitch and that should be enough.

Same here. With the right tactics players should be able to adequately play together in this league.
