We were due a defeat , not played well for ages, simply not good enough , Board haven't backed the Manager , January Transfer window was bizarre , no strength added to the squad ? I'm asking myself tonite " why bother anymore " the owners don't seem to care ? Why should I, not renewed my season ticket yet , things could change ( hardly likely tho ) and i certainly won't be attending the play off games, if we reached the Final at Wembley ? , I wouldn't go , doubt we would take 15k to be honest , THE BOARD HAS BLOWN IT BIG TIME

Agree Roma it’s been coming not played well for a while ,but if we dont get automatic and end up in the play offs they need us more than ever ,absolutely gutted tonight but still very possible we can do it

I kind of get where Roma is with this because I feel the same .

It's nothing to do with not supporting the team as such given he's probably seen every home game and two or three away and I've missed about 6 at home without an ST .

To tell the truth I hate play off games , far too much anxiety for me and it isn't always good for my health .

What we are doing is trying to protect ourselves from another big kick in the b@llax which I think is more than likely to happen .

You can only handle so many knocks and we've had enough these last 3 years .

I least on Sky I can watch the play off games with a beer that numbs the anxiety .

We were very lucky away at Walsall werent we, and credit to the kid Williams for the clearance off the line in that match.
Sunderland & Portsmouth have hit the right form recently and its important that we stop this rot as soon as possible, and start winning some games again.
As it looks like its going to be the Play offs, would prefer playing either Portsmouth or Charlton or Doncaster (because I think Sunderland will finish 2nd) ?.

A carnt mek playoffs Pass as I'm away , Final ? Not fomee if we did get theer , doubt very much we would win ennyrooard , wiv blown a big chance of gerrin promoted , we could have gon up as Champions this season , i was theer early sixties , last time we won a title , Carnt rememba much abart it to be honest tho, would have been great for us all to see our team achieve that , as for renewing ST ? It's like an addiction , so I more than likely will renew , I'm still wondering why bother though , These running the show havent the same emotional attachment to our club as we all have ,

The fans have backed this club tremendously well this season and are taken for mugs if the truth be known .

Superficial cr@p like match day experience doesn't wash with me , some decent work done with the family area for the kids but the majority of us want to take our seats at 2.50pm with the emphasis on seeing some ambition on the field .

The product on the field trumps everything .
